📜 Terms & Conditions for Tiny Tumbles Event Rentals

Effective Date: 10/11/2025

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all rentals and services provided by Tiny Tumbles Event Rentals (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment must be received by the due date stated on your invoice.

  • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your reservation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may receive credit toward a future booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

  • Events canceled due to weather may be rescheduled (subject to availability).

 

4. Delivery & Setup

  • We deliver, set up, and pick up all equipment. Please ensure easy access to the setup area.

  • Delivery fees may apply depending on location.

  • Customer must ensure the setup area is clear of debris, animal waste, and obstacles.

 

5. Equipment Use & Responsibility

  • All rentals are for private, supervised use only.

  • The renter is responsible for supervising children at all times.

  • Equipment must not be moved, altered, or used in unsafe conditions (e.g., rain, strong wind).

  • Damage, loss, or excessive cleaning fees may apply if equipment is returned in poor condition.

 

6. Safety

  • No food, drink, shoes, sharp objects, face paint, glitter, or animals are allowed on soft play or inflatable equipment.

  • Only children aged 1–5 years old are permitted on soft play equipment.

  • Adults are not allowed on inflatables unless explicitly stated.

 

7. Liability

Tiny Tumbles Event Rentals is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage occurring during use of our equipment. By renting, the client assumes all responsibility for supervision and safe use.

 

8. Weather Policy

If unsafe weather (rain, high wind, extreme heat) occurs, Tiny Tumbles reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event for safety reasons.

 

9. Property Access

Customer grants Tiny Tumbles staff access to the property for delivery, setup, and pickup.

 

10. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tiny Tumbles Event Rentals, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from use of the equipment.

 

11. Photography & Marketing

By using our services, you consent to photos of your setup being used for marketing purposes (no children’s faces will be shown without consent).

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
